Receive one-on-one training with David Frenette in the teachings and practices of Deepening Centering Prayer and Incarnational Contemplation. One-on-one training:

• Provides experience in modules tailored to your spiritual needs.  Each module consists of four hour-long individual sessions.
• Includes assessment of your unique contemplative typologies, imbalances in your life, issues for healing and your current spiritual stage
• Includes training in ways to deepen your prayer, create a practice based upon your stage of the spiritual journey and guidance in developing a personalized comprehensive practice that fits your lifestyle

Typical Process: review and assessment, discuss session direction, practice material, experiential exercise, how to apply practice to real-life spiritual/ life issues, guidance in practicing outside session

Cost:  $240 per module: four hour-long 1-1 sessions
